Engineer: Miniature Golf Course

A city is looking to open a new miniature golf course. Engineers are responsible for designing and building the course. In this adventure, students will need to think like engineers and design the new course.

    We worked on the STEM activity about the Miniature Golf course!!! The students LOVED the activity!!!! They were amazed that engineers could be in the business of designing a golf course!!! By groups they created 6 miniature golf holes. After the holes were designed and built, the groups rotated around and played each others miniature golf holes. They created an awesome course! We used construction paper, empty paper towel and toilet rolls, tape, pipe cleaners, plastic plates and saucers (disposalable) , tongue depressors and plastic golf balls. I highly recommend this activity….it will definitely light up the students eyes!!!!
